Placing Your Order.
a. RedCE reserve the right to accept the order.
b. Orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible however we do not guarantee delivery dates or supply.
c. RedCE do not accept liability for any loss incurred by you as a result of any delay or failure to supply.
d. All persons purchasing any product restricted by law, must be 18 years old or over.

Paying for your order.
a. Orders may be subject to the delivery charges as set out in Freight charges for delivery. By placing an order with us you  accept to pay said charges.
b. All goods must be paid for before despatch.
c. If payment is made via cheque or EFTPOS then fund clearance must be verified before order is dispatched.
d. Prices advertised on our web site will be charged at the time the order was placed.
e. All prices are inclusive of GST

Delivery of your goods.
a.  RedCE do not profit from freight charges. At our discretion we may reduce or eliminate freight charges.
b. No PO boxes except with prior arrangement.
c. Damages to goods must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery and returned within 14 days

Refunds and Returns
a. Both the customer (you) and the supplier (RedCE) are bound by the Department of Fair trading Rules for Refunds. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of such regulations. Copies of regulations can be acquired by contacting the Dept of Fair Trading.
